Style of Slacklining: Yoga Slacklining
Who’s the workshop for: For Adults who practice yoga or slacklining
Why join this slacklining event: 15mins of yogalining can leave you feeling as deeply focused and relaxed as a if you’ve been on a yoga retreat. Your yoga practice will be taken to a new level with an increase in awareness and a profound increase in your ability to focus, relax and be with ‘what is’. If you are a slackliner, the yogalining training will remove blocks and allow you to take your slacklining to new lengths.
What’s covered in the workshop: A guided experiential yogalining class consisting of asanas that can be held on the slackline will allow you to explore the Slackline Australia Four Keys of Balance and the upper limbs of Ashtanga yoga-dharna, dhyana and ultimately samadhi. You will learn how to use yogalining as a tool to access higher states of concentration and awareness, calmness and stillness.
